The Dream

When it comes to their line jacket, it's not uncommon for a person to want artwork representative of them. People tend to chose imagery that has some deep meaning as it pertains to their lives and experiences. However, this was not the case with Kevin and his line brothers. It's not often that an entire line will design a jacket from scratch together, but for these guys, it was all about the group. With selfless hearts and a unified spirit, these brothers conceived a design that signified the whole, instead of the individual.

The Design

Kevin and his brothers found inspiration in their harmonious group dynamic. They were no strangers to adversity, but they always faced it "eyes front and heads high." This is how Kevin and his brothers got their ship name, 13 Problematic Pawns of Politics (13PPP). This group has "a bond that cannot be undone" and they wanted a jacket that told that story. Hence, their choice of back artwork...twelve pawns on a chess board with a single piece off.

The Delivery

In the end, Kevin and his brothers achieved their goals...and then some!

He said "We chose S4G because other brothers in our chapter have used them and the quality is second to none. I was blown away by the fact that I verbally described the vision we had for our jackets to the artist. She then sketched it out on a piece of paper and in a couple of days I was emailed a proof that far exceeded our expectations."
